A Findlay man, father of 4 and husband was sleep walking and called 911. When the fire department and police arrived he stated that a midget in a clown mask stole is Halloween candy. His wife said he often sleep walks and this was probably another incident he had. Findlay police took a police report just in case. They still haven't found the clown midget. The incident is under investigation for further details.
