A young female Ciara hurley aged 15, has been caught on CCTV in the Kilkenny castle park setting multiple fires, She has been reported more than a few times in the past month with a small group of students from separate school, Gardaí have said "if anyone sees this young girl walking in and out of the castle park please report her to us or the security".
