There has been a clown spotted in GlenAllen loan Edinburgh.
Police have described her as dangerous.
Eyewitness report says she's approx 5" 5 medium build! She has blond hair at the back of her mask! According to reports she is a resident of the Street and walks around with a fat German Shepherd! If you have seen this clown woman do not approach as he's very dangerous and WILL ATTACK!
