Crystal M. Doll and Paul Schmitt jr of 342 upper Pine st were charged with possesion of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, possesion of drug parafanulia in the fifth degree, and attempted distruction of evidence. A search of the premisce was conducted after the niagara county sheriffs were called for an eviction order on there apartment. Both were issued a apperence ticket and are due back in court on November 5th, 2016
