Robert Winston is wanted for questioning in multiple cases of pan-handling in or around Cleveland area bus stations or stops.
Winston would reportedly approach other riders,asking for spare change or cigarettes. In several cases,however he was also known to rap to the victims,and threatened them not to stop unless they gave him what he requested.
Please contact Cleveland Police if you have any information on his whereabouts. There is a reward of 2 loose cigarette reward.
