Last night out on Mileblock Rd in North Collins, a local witch was seen doing a practice run, preparing for her yearly Halloween gig. Unfortunately, there were a few bristles that were loose on her broom & lo & behold, she fell from the sky. There were no major injuries to report, just a few twigs in her hair & she slightly bent her broom handle to the point it will need to be repaired, along with smoothing out the rough spots, which could cause splinters on the behind. But all is not lost, because she reported to the Hamburg Sun that she does have a spare in her closet. It was suggested that maybe she shouldn't fly on a nasty night & might be wise to tie a small flashlight on the tip of her stick to help her see the tips of the trees after dark. She isn't a young chicken anymore & the glasses have gotten thicker with age... So if you happen to see something flying around at night, it might not be a Bat, a Bird or a Plane... just watch out for those falling Bristles..
