Heath Prolenski 29 of Perryopolis was found going number 2 in the bed of his truck. Bystanders noticed his big truck stopped on the side of the road with his flashers on. A few went to see if everything was ok an got quite a surprise.. Pamela long said he was just sitting on top of his pail of rubble like he was king of the hill..
