Louis Black who goes by the name Louis Fowler is wanted by the police for the sale of multiple stolen vehicles. It is believed he ran a car sales pitch in Euxton, Chorley with a man only known by the name of "Pete". Louis was last seen in the Chorley area and police urge anyone to come forward with any possible information as to his whereabouts.
