A female in her early twenty was arrested under section 4 of the road traffic act this morning and was brought to athlone Garda station after failing her roadside breathalyser test. The woman was let of after she passed her breathalyser test in the station. Drink driving is on the rise and Garda's are trying to clamp down on this.
