It's no secret that Nikeeta Maddox-Covington really loves sweet treats. It's been reported that every Halloween she steals candy bars, twizzlers and a varieties of other goodies from her current students. Every time a student of hers utters the words, "trick-or-treat," small amounts of their candy disappear. Mrs. Maddox-Covington denies these allegations, however the image created by the police department's sketch artist bears an uncanny image to Mrs. Nikeeta Maddox-Covington.
