Mikaila Johnston, 20 of Sidney Ohio was caught stealing from Walmart October 20th. Walmart told us today she was acting real funny as a local worker followed her. The worker told us she was acting suspicious around the make up section. She then later told us she started to talk really fast and weird then attached her. Officer Jennings searched her and found 100$ worth of make up. Mikaila now is facing theft, trespassing, and assault.
