Once Mexican native, now Bolivar native, Kyle Rapan, attempted to beak into a science lab last night. Rapan was trying to steal a "properly working left eye" because his doesn't work. "Eye"witness reports came in later that day... "I really hoped he stole that eye... poor guy"
