Nashville Tennessee resident Joey Shayne was asked to not record his vote in his precinct at the Hermitage library.
Mr Shayne silently recorded his vote while being yelled at by security and elderly women. "Hell it looked like attack if the elderly zombie apocalypse! !! You think I was doing something illegal ". Also a witnesses said "he wasn't being mean at all he just kept silent and smiled all the while ignoring the loud protests from onlookers . Mr Shayne said there isn't a voice loud enough to stop me from exercising my constitutional rights , good day . The SCOTUS will agree with Mr. Shayne even though it seemed most people here didn't agree.Mr Shayne simply said they obviously need a leader , and with a wink and smile Mr Shayne with video and pride walked away a true patriot .
