A local boy has been arrested earlier today following recent reports he has been touching young children. The man known as "Luke Gray" has been dressing up in a clown mask and luring children to him using the Facebook page "clowns uk". We spoke to one boy who touched by this criminal. Ben Currie was minding his own business in his house in pategill when suddenly a man dressed up as a clown approached him " i was sat down in my garden shooting autistic people when suddenly a man sporting a white clown mask approached me. He abused me that day, to be honest I enjoyed it, but i still want him locked up!"
