On Sunday Afternoon, local stoner, Louie Fernandez claimed his allegiance to terrorist group ISIS. Fernandez climbed a mountain in the east valley where he proceeded to perform oral fellatio on a goat which is the mandatory action in order to be initiated into ISIS. Nobody has seen or heard from Louie since. If spotted the police said not to interact or attempt to take down Louie, suspect is believed to be Armed and gay.
