Lancaster Catholics Dylan Aponte '19 commits to Notre Dame Univeristy to further his education, and his baseball career. Coach Mike Aoki had a few words about Dylan " The first time Dylan walked into my office I just felt a vibe that he wanted to be here. He showed us so much as he performed for our coaching staff and his outgoing personality. For as good as that kid is he's very humble and our coaching staff loved him". Dylan had to reply to what Coach said " When I walked into Coach Aokis office for the first time I felt like Jesus smacked me in the face and said this is your dream go get it. I couldn't deny it, it was my dream and now it's coming true. The baseball program and Coaching staff is just like Lancaster Catholics with open hearts and eyes and so much love I couldn't just say let me think about it, I had to say yes". Coach Aoki also said " Dylan will battle for the starting spot as soon as he gets here. We're excited for him to show up and just play the game we all love".
