The Cobb County police department has issued a warrant for Kennesaw State student Jonathan Edward McGinn. The height is unknown, however the suspect is believed to be an average sized, Caucasian indivisible, roughly weighing 180lbs. McGinn has long blonde hair, blue eyes, and seems to be very out and about. On October 17th police received multiple reports of reckless driving in Legacy Park neighborhood from a Black Jeep Wrangler 2 door . On the 20th of October police received video from local traffic light cameras. Local sheriff Stewart Ward reported the use of more traffic cameras to address reckless and aggressive driving to lower the risk of accidents. The Warrent was issued at 2:00pm eastern time Ofteber 28, 2016. More details to come after arrest made.
