On 10/28/16 at 10:45pm 18 year old Dylan Miller was waiting at the bus stop at the corner of Midtown drive & Walzem road by a CVS Pharmacy when the store manager heard gun shots and immediately called the police. When police showed up they found Dylan laying on the ground at the bus stop with four gunshot wounds Three in the chest & One in the head with multiple bruses on his whole body. CSI came to the scene and removed the bullets from his wounds and determined that the weapon was a Colt Defender and checked his backpack and wallet for figure prints but none were found
