26 year old Colin Cunningham made no plea at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on the charge of being over the sexiest man limit Judge Craig Walker sentenced him to 3 years behind bars for being to sexy.
Mr Cunningham made the following comment
" Being sentenced to 3 years is a bit extreme but being to hot to handle is a concern and it's for my own safety I ssuppose"
