A boy aged 13 was witnessed being chased by a clown in Highfield. The boy named Jordan Toner was spotted being chased by a clown which looked to have an axe in his hand. Jordan did not suffer and injuries during the chase and got away. The Greater Manchester Police are now trying to track down this clown.
