Ainslie Mackinnon, 12, was caught yesterday 28th October 13:52pm stealing his dads socks. He will be fined £400 and charged with theft. Ainslie has said he is sorry and wont do it again. If he is caught again he will be prosecuted with 4yrs in jail.
