Police responded to a call of a nude drunk man on So Willow St. At 3:32 Saturday morning. Police questioned Hamilton Johnson who stated nobody liked his "Jared Leto Joker costume" so he decided to be the invisible man instead. Police took Mr Johnson into custody covering him with the officers Sponge Bob Square pants tee shirt. Mr Johnson immediately tried to swim away adding a charge of evading arrest. Mr johnson is being held without bail until a full Psych evaluation can be performed.
