A janesville resident, George Lucy , was caught and arrested last night for street racing "too slowly" officers said. He was arrested at 12:37 am in his Ford sexplorer racing an elderly lady whom has yet to be identified by us. He lost and was promptly arrested. He's quoted saying "I'm to lit for this dhit " and than "dabbing" on officer westness before being taxed and detained.
