Jennifer Lincycomb, a local Manteca resident, is being sought by Animal Control for abandoning a white tiger in the area. She was seen driving away from the tiger in the early morning hours of October 28 and then Facebooking about the sighting rather than saving the animal or reporting the sighting. If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the Manteca Police Department.
