Late last night a green laser was seen in dundee,broughty ferry around the barnhill area being shot in to the sky. An army based drone was being tested when its camera detected a strong laser. Witnesses have told local authority that she is seen most nights walking her dog while using the laser pen. She has yet to be charged.
