Late friday night Jim Elliott was caught stealing goats from Bishops Pumpkin Farm. It was around 11:30 when a grounds keeper caught him attempting to commit sexual acts on other animals. Yuba county sherrif responded quickly and tazed Elliott who was still fornicating with a cow. He was arrested and booked in Yuba County jail with out any other animals falling victim to him
