A Jacksonville man was charged with theft earlier today at the Jacksonville mall. The man was seen taking some dildos from the spencer store and stuffing it in his pants to make it seem like he got a big anatomy. A brief foot chase occurred where more items were found in the suspects pants including a vibrator and a small whip. Bond was set at $1500.
