After concern on quality of SEC officiating for the 2016 season, SEC officials have called upon their top dog to make a trip to Baton Rouge for next weeks game. Upon request of Nick Saban and Alabama higher-ups, Tom Ritter will be lead official on the field when Bama takes on the Tigers next weekend.
Their concern is coming from the hostile environment that Tiger Stadium creates for visiting teams. Saban also went on record this morning that not having Miles at the helm of LSU, will make for a very difficult coaching scenario for the Tide. Miles was very predictable, whereas Coach O has created some coaching difficulites for Alabama.
