Local teen ethan wrinn was at eliburn park, he went over eliburn bridge and missed a step and feel through the gap, which caused him to get his neck caught in the rope, once he fell he died instantly. ethan was found naked. witness said 'no one even helped him, they took his clothes and ran.' our hopes and prayers go out to the wrinn family.
