A young man in the Johnstown area was assaulted this afternoon in Central Park. Police say he was the most recent victim of "The Big Dick Bandit" other known as "BDB". BDB is said to mutilate fellow males and steal their private parts. There has been no confirmed reason to why he is doing these horrible crimes, but police think it is due to him trying to replace his abnormally small weiner.
