Two Bogalusa women were killed in a New Orleans traffic accident when their 2009 Nissan Altima ran into the back of an 18 wheeler log truck driven by Juan Mignon. Cynthia Watson Peters and Natasha Warren were pronounced dead at the scene. Louisiana State a Police said texting and speeding was the cause of the accident.
