Jimmy knight was caught defecating in public, when approached by police, he proclaimed that he couldn't make it to the public toilets which were situated only a few steps away. More harrowing is that Mr Knight was dressed in women's clothing, he told the officer in charge that it was fancy dress for his girlfriends party, however, upon further investigation it was discovered that the party in question was in May earlier in the year.
