We suspect a Catonsville native By the name of Jordan Bartels has been traveling to various walmarts across the Maryland area and has been stealing small petty items such as "blueberry cliff bars" and "Pokemon card packs" we even have footage of him at a few gas stations on Frederick of him stealing APPLES AND TRAIL MIX he's a serial their and needs to be stopped. There's a $400 reward for who turns him in. Call Baltimore police department.
