43 year old Lisa Carr of Oakland was caught dancing topless at Swallow Falls Saturday evening. She was found by two long haired hippies walking their chihuahua and looking for 'shrooms. Mrs Carr was to have consumed 'shrooms accidentally and then causing her to halicuninate she was a hula girl. She wasn't charged and released into the custody of her husband.
