On Saturday morning, 22 year old Andrew Kerr was running out of the animal store with a cat in hand. Kerr was then tackled by officer drerodgers. When Kerr was asked "what the fuck dude" asked officer pepper. Kerr then replied with "fluff fluff I found my cats brother, FLUFF IM COMIN HOME" Kerr then failed a field sobriety test for alot of some good shit. Kerr is currently in some prison I don't know they don't tell me this shit. Kerr is awaiting trial until they can prove him guilty. On person is coming to testify on his behalf.
