This woman has done a lot of not-so good things in her years on our precious green planet but THIS tops it. Last night, witnesses claim to have seen THIS woman breaking into & stealing over 450 HOT DOGS!!! That's right folks, hot dogs. She's either having one hell of a party, or its just a party in her pants. Either way, can we get some of that?
