A 911 call came in this Sunday morning from a bus full of children on their way to Sunday school with reports of a middle aged woman with her pants to her ankles urinating in the middle of Ford Road and Inkster. When asked to cover herself she excalimed "the clowns are coming!"
The mysterious woman has been identified as Kimberly Docherty and any information leading to her arrest and conviction will be rewarded $5,000.
