A young man from Onthank, Kilnarnock. Gary Loose, 18, has gone on a drug fueled rampage in the Newmilns area in East Ayrshire and has reportedly been seen stealing womens clothing off of washing lines in the Ladeside area of the town. It is also believed that the young offender took a "dodgy ecky" and his face became disfigured as shown in the photo. If you hear anyone shouting "L.Y.T" please contact 101 and ask for the Ayrshire department and report.
