A 26 year old Drogheda man was jailed for 3 years today for indecent exposure. Mark Hurley residing in the Highlands was highly intoxicated at the time in Fusion nightclub Saturday last. Hurley is known to Gardaí and has history for this type of offence and this is the reason for the harsh sentence stated judge Flann Brennan. A 16 year old girl was the victim, Hurley in his drunken state attempted to put the girl in a lip lock and then exposed his penis and thrust it in the direction of the teen. The girl was in clear distress and fled from the nightclub
When asked his motives Hurley replied "She shouldn't have been in the fuckin place, and I don't give a shit at least I'll get to another grad." He also stated "Fuck the FAI". Judge Flann Brennan was appalled by the man's behaviour and handed down the heaviest sentence possible. A drunk Hurley responded with the statement "Up the RA!"
