Authorities report that Dave Urban of the Moxham section of Johnstown has been seen portraying Santa Claus near the Village Street playground. He was attempting to lure children into his car. Eyewitnesses report that he was using candy canes in his efforts. This man isn't so jolly and is believed to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Johnstown police immediately.
