One Devon S. Klingener from Greenup, Kentucky was arrested late last night on charges of Public Nudity and Resisting Arrest after being found naked and dancing in the street on KY- 503. When officers tried to arrest the man he screamed "Rape!" and then continued to resist arrest by stating "I'm just naked to the face, bro!". Klingener is being held at Greenup Co. Jail and his release is pending an investigation to the face.
