A Fife man, named Paul Ashby, has been seen wandering the streets of Kirkcaldy carrying a knife sharpening steel with a black handle, wrapped in red wrist bands claiming to be a ninja on Halloween weekend. It is thought that this man is a danger to himself and will not hold back on lashing out on selfless animals. One passer by said he seen Mr Ashby smashing a hedgehog over the head then prodding it whilst shouting "Who's king of the road now?". It is advised that everyone keeps their pets indoors this Halloween weekend as the search for this crazed man goes on.
