Late Saturday night the police arrested local boy 'Oliver Martin' after being caught smoking the pubes of a deceased elderly man.
Police say Mr Martin has suffered with a pube addiction since the age of 11 and is a serial pube thief. He is currently being held in police custody before he leaves for pubic rehabilitation.
