A Cleveland man was charged Saturday night with having sexual activity with his neighbors dog. Police were called at 12:05 A.M after neighbors were hearing strange sounds coming from a garage. Police were called to the scene and caught Chris Sili age 26 of Cleveland, Ohio molesting a German Shepard in his garage. Sil seen police and took off running through the woods and was later caught and charged with 1 count felony 3 beasteality and 1 count of animal cruelty.
