Shan frost (Ashford, 18 years old) was found shop lifting in Canterbury primark on Friday the 28th of September 2016. Witnesses say she appeared to have stolen over £75 worth of primary's underwear. She was approached straight away by the primary security and denied everything. The underwear was found in her bag and she was then arrested. This has now been confirmed as the 3rd time she has done this and Canterbury town will not be welcoming shan back for a very long time.
