Braden Ashbaugh of Washington township, fayette county is currenty facing charges for indecent exposure and property damage after the incident this afternoon, Ashbaugh 14 was seen running through the neighborhood with his pants down continually lighting small fires and peeing them out and screaming "im a fireman, its what I gotta do!"
