What started as a domestic disturbance call ended with a terrorist behind bars. Deputies received the call at around 6 pm Sunday evening, and arrived at the scene 15 minutes later.
"The woman had called and said she heard guttural goat noises coming from her neighbors backyard. She was too scared to see what was happening," the deputy recalled. The woman wishes to remain anonymous.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found that the woman wasn't exaggerating. They immediately searched the premises, and once they arrived at the backyard, they were struck with fear.
"He had an Isis flag on his sombrero. And his pants were around his ankles. We knew we had to act fast, so we proceeded to tackle him. We quickly restrained him, all the while he was telling us how nicely we smelled."
The suspect is Jacob Meadows, and he has been living in Greenup County for quite some time.
"My family tossed me over many years ago. It's a day to day struggle living in these lies. My friends were starting to catch wind that I was illegal. That's when Isis vowed to help. So now I milk their goats, and sometimes, I get lonely."
Meadows is being held at Greenup County Detention Center. His bond is $69,696,969.69
