Phillip d beck of brunswick ohio. On October 16 2016 was seen by multiple witnesses riding in excessive amount of speed down Keller hanna dr. Reports say he was doing well over 100mph on a orange and black motorcycle. Police were called to the scene and a tow truck was called on standby. Police were unable to locate suspect. Witnesses could not prove he was the rider and report's say hewas not in the area atthe time case is still pending.
