This man Emanuel Jose MilleDiaz, was last seen in Sneads Fl, in a low security prison facility.
He had clean up duty with 3 other inmates at the prison on Saturday, October 29th.
At 5:30pm the innmates were going in for count when then a security officer at the facility didnt see Emanuel return with the others.
He is known to be in Orlando where he has relatives who live there.
Officers say he is a Hispanic around 5'7 and may have a prepaid phone he snuck out of the prison facility with him.
