Jeffrey park aged (17) in possession of provisional license has been spotted driving like a granny and witnesses said that they've spotted Jeffrey almost killing an innocent civilian.
This has been forwarded to the Garda Siochana and Jeffrey could face a possible court case for driving like a granny , Jeffrey will also face attempt murder charges for almost killing an innocent lady .
Garda has informed they are afraid to touch Jeffrey as he contains some infection in his genital area, this could proceed to Jeffrey being sent to hospital before his court case arises.
